Silk Paj fabric, also known as Pongee or China Silk Lining, is an exceptionally fine, lightweight, and soft 100% pure silk known for its smooth texture, subtle sheen, and delicate drape, making it perfect for lining garments, luxurious scarves, and especially popular for silk painting, dyeing, and textile art due to its excellent absorbency and natural finish. It's valued for its ethereal, almost weightless feel, comparable to chiffon but with more structure, and is used by artists and designers for everything from delicate apparel to kites and wall hangings.
